“When I am at work I probably need more hours than I have available to do my job as an Operational Manager at a packaging firm.  With the best will in the world I struggle to deliver against my Fire Safety and Health & Safety responsibilities to anything like the level I know I should do.

When Martin from STK came to see me he was able to offer me a tailored package that is very easy to follow and keep up to date with.  He did all my Risk Assessments and Method Statements and supplied me with everything I needed; I did not need to look any further. Now I can deliver my Health & Safety professionally in about an hour a week.

The big thing for me though was not ever knowing if I was fully compliant.  Now I do know, which allows me to feel easier about our Health & Safety generally.

Martin supplied me with an H&S System, 16 Risk Assessments, 6 Method Statements and a very simple Premises Audit (which I now give to one of my Team Leaders to do every month).  Martin also gave simple H&S quarterly meeting agenda to bolt-on to my normal meeting.  It is all nice and neat in one simple folder.

On top of that STK carried out all my Health & Safety staff training and also support me for 12 months from the day of delivery of the system so I never feel alone.

They are back in next month to do full premise Fire Risk Assessment.

Why I took the time to write this is because they took their time with me with their patient professional approach and very simple to understand systems.
